R-House has been created with entertainment in mind. The extensive public wing has an outdoor entertainment area with a state-of the art Fisher 7 Paykel BBQ the focal point. The indoor public wing has vast living space for lounge, dining and recreation as well as a high-spec dry kitchen with breakfast bar for preparing meals with visitors present.

The private wing is fully separated from the public wing and houses the spacious bedrooms each with ensuite.

Separately there are two studies, one in each wing, one of which has been designed to act as a either a guest bedroom, a study or a games room.

The house has 8 wifi access points distributed in both wings and wired back to a central server room to ensure uninterrupted high quality wifi throughout. The house is connected to ultra-fast fibre-optic broadband from TM Unifi.
